The service will encompass the segregation, collection, recycling, recovery, treatment and final disposal of identified materials and components with adherence to the Waste Regulations (England & Wales) 2011 Regulation 12 (duty in relation to the waste hierarchy). This agreement will be for an initial period of 12 (twelve) months with the option to extend for a further 2 (two) periods of up to 12 months subject to the satisfactory performance of the Supplier.",
