The contractor will be required to design/complete design and provide new DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) access routes and a New LED Floodlighting system. All aspects of the refurbishment shall comply fully with the requirements of the current IAAF/World Athletics1 - Track and Field Facilities Manual (2019). The new track system offered for the resurfacing works shall hold a product approval certificate issued by the IAAF and be on the current IAAF web site for approved track systems.
