The building comprises various ranges of flats and bungalows on two levels arranged around a courtyard and will continue to be fully occupied during the remodelling work. OUTLINE SCOPE OF WORKS Removal/adaptation of existing doors, screens, steel gates and railings, etc. Removal/adaptation of existing access control equipment from existing doors. Adaptation of existing brick arch to form rectangular opening. Supply & installation of new entrance canopy, glazed screens, power-operated doors, door controls & associated works. Adaptation to remove fob access from certain internal doors. Supply & installation of new glazed arch infill screens to two elevations. Modifications to lower level bin store and mobility scooter store. MANDATORY SITE VISITS - please note that in order to submit a tender for these works bidders need to have been recorded as attending a mandatory site visit.
