Aims and objectives of service BCC The aim of the service is to commission a diagnosis and treatment service for low risk BCC. The Improving Outcomes for People with Skin Tumours including Melanoma, NICE guidance on Cancer Services stipulates the models of care for clinical triage of BCC's. For the purpose of this service specification Model 1 Practitioners has been selected.
