Works are to include City of London School catering facilities upgrade, with works elements comprising of strip out/demolition, internal finishes, fittings, furnishings & equipment, services, builders work in connection with services, UKPN substation, and fireproofing to improve the Kitchen and Canteen facilities. This will be a Design & Build (Single) Stage procurement using Design & Build JCT 2016 (Single Stage). The Insurance requirement for this project will be: - Contractor All Risks to cover the cost of the works as a minimum - Employers Liability not less than PS10m each and every claim - Public and Products Liability not less than PS50m - Professional Indemnity of not less than PS5m Additional information: This tender is published via the capitalEsourcing portal(Jaggaer One), the tender process entails a Qualification questions (suitability) which are pass/fail questions, technical quality questions including Responsible procurement all questions require responding to and the price (Pricing Schedule).
