        "description": "Sandwell Children's Trust is seeking to identify new suitable providers offering foster carer placements for looked after children to join its existing Regional Fostering Framework by reopening a procurement exercise. This procurement is being undertaken by Sandwell Children's Trust (\"the Trust\") in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
