There are two key project benefits of this transfer: the need to provide a high standard of service to the public; and the need to reduce the cost of maintaining the services. The aim of NELC is to maintain the current number of facilities and locations. NELC is looking for a Supplier to award a contract which will provide: * Public toilets maintained and managed to a high standard providing a good service to the public in the Borough; * A reduction in annual expenditure on public conveniences; * Further improvement to the condition of the building fabric and cleanliness achieved at the public conveniences; * Management information in order to improve the service; * Improved signposting to allow easier public facility finding; * Managed advertising service; * Managed entry fee system.",
