An average number of 250 inbound calls are dealt with per month (approx. 220 in the summer months, rising to 380 in winter), over a 12 month period of a repairs and maintenance nature. There are currently in the region of 4781 dwellings plus associated communal blocks which the service will cover for repairs and maintenance emergency calls.
