        "description": "Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is currently exploring direct and partnership housing delivery options, which include provision within the Housing Revenue Account and options for delivery through wholly- and partially-owned companies. A key element of this exploration will be to ascertain and understand the range of tenures and housing products that are required within the borough and which might form priorities for delivery.
