This team must understand that Holt Town represents the single biggest opportunity to put into practice the policy priorities of MCC and Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) at scale and pace. As an underused area of East Manchester located adjacent to the Etihad Campus, Co-op Live Arena and Sport City, Holt Town is strategically placed to support the growth of a rapidly expanding city centre in line with Manchester's emerging economic and housing strategies.
