The centre has a variety of hard and soft landscaped areas including roads, carparks, shingled areas, open grassed areas, woodland and ornamental trees, areas devoted to the encouragement of nature and formal shrub beds. UKAEA has a requirement for a Grounds and associated services contract. The contract will be in place for a maximum of five years 2+1+1+1 = 5 years.
