The council is therefore seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified supplier for the refurbishment, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, servicing and repair (as necessary) of the Hereford AQMS. The council is also seeking to appoint the same supplier to supply, deliver, install, commission, service and repair (as necessary) a new AQMS in the Bargates AQMA of Leominster.",
