        "description": "Dover District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable contractor for a 12-year management contract for the operation of the new Dover Leisure Centre. The contract will commence on 1st April 2018. A design and build contract for the new centre is being separately procured by the Council in parallel with the management contract. The contract also includes the interim management of the current Dover Leisure Centre for a 12month period until the new centre is ready. The ITT is required to be completed and submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 17:00 on Friday 12th May 2017.
