        "description": "Surrey County Council is looking for a provider to deliver Care & Support at Brockhill, an extra care housing scheme run by Woking Borough Council. In agreement with Woking Borough Council as landlord, it has been agreed to sequence the approach to market for both settings, such that new providers can be procured for a contract start of 1 June 2023.
