Works under the Contract were due to comprise decorations and pre-paint repairs, rendering and pointing works, wash down of existing PVC surfaces, new fascia soffits and rainwater goods, external works such as fencing, paths and hardstanding works and other associated repairs from a schedule of rates. The estimated annual value of the Contract is between PS1.3m and PS1.5m. Red Kite sought to procure the new Contract under a two-stage 'Restricted' procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.",
