In order to start this process, it is necessary to begin by moving the reception to a newly built extension, central to the hotel, and at the same time redeveloping the the brasserie bar & restaurant. With continued strong demand it is important that all facilities are reviewed to ensure that our customer experience remains in keeping with the 4-star luxury hotel. The current entrance to the hotel provides a poor sense of arrival and customer journey. The project will address this by moving the reception to a location more central, and will add more car parking, which is a constant cause of frustration for the hotel guests visiting to stay, dine or attend an event. The project also aims to improve on the event experience by creating an exclusive events space in the main house, which will provide a new revenue generating area with more opportunities of learning for students.",
