We would like to repurpose this content to use externally in a pithier, shorter video format, retaining its emotional pull Out of scope *Media planning and buying - to be delivered by Manning Gottlieb under the government media buying framework. We would like you to work in partnership with our media planner to develop the campaign *Artwork - to be completed in-house) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.",
