        "description": "Subject to receiving a suitable number of responses from suitably qualified economic operators, Southend-on-Sea City Council wish to implement a multi-provider framework agreement for the supply of Bedding Plants and Plugs (The Framework Agreement). The Framework Agreement is to offer the Council the opportunity to place Call-Off Contracts for the compliant procurement of the required goods and related services . Any Provider registered to the Framework Agreement will be offered the opportunity to take part in any process which is run in the letting of those Call-Off Contracts, subject to the requirements of the Framework Agreement being met. The Tender Documents for this opportunity can be accessed via: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk/southend/portal.nsf/index.htm The deadline for receipt of clarification requests relating to the Tender Documents is: 14:00 Thursday 10th November 2022 The deadline for submission of completed Tender Responses is: 14:00 Tuesday 22nd November 2022. This includes, but is not limited to, detail on scoring achieved, ability, financial standing, adherence to the relevant British Standard (or equivalent) and insurance.
