Brief Description of Requirement BEIS is looking for a contractor or contractors to produce a global GHG emissions and abatement cost dataset which will be used as input in BEIS Global Carbon Finance Model, with an accompanying technical report. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ / RFP document.
