This service involves the provision of Cook and Eat courses. The service will also help to increase awareness of cost of living entitlements and wider wellbeing services, and to create opportunities for greater social connection as a result of attending the courses. The service will achieve the above aim by providing practical, face to face community education and skills courses and follow up courses, creating the knowledge base and support for people to make affordable, healthy changes to their diet and cooking practices. The contract period is for two years.",
