This procurement offers the opportunity for organisations to work in partnership with Herefordshire Council to provide enabling, high quality supported living services that improve people's independence, health and wellbeing. The Council is keen to maximise the impact of available resources and develop the local support market by establishing positive long-term relationships with service providers.
