A core part of the Freeport East offer is the development of Harwich International Port and Bathside Bay which has been included on the basis for supporting offshore wind manufacturing and operations. The success of this will be the focus for this contract. We are seeking a supplier to provide hands-on support in developing the proposals, business plans, and supporting evidence in relation to HPUK's plans for offshore wind manufacturing and operations. A supplier will need to demonstrate expertise in the global and UK offshore wind sectors alongside specialist knowledge and relationships with the UK's emerging hydrogen sector There will need to be integrated thinking on how plans on offshore wind and hydrogen can complement and strengthen one another. The successful company will need to demonstrate collaborative working, ability to deal with commercial information sensitively and confidentially and demonstrate a partnership based approach to problem solving.",
