The service will support the development of a Sustainable Adult Social Care Improvement Plan aligned to a Council Wide Early Intervention and Prevention Approach. The Service Provider will complete an examination of our current operations and processes; and to support us in building our vision and plans for a long-term strategy for early intervention and prevention. The proposed Contract will be for an initial period of 2 months to commence on 2nd August 2023, with an option to extend, subject to satisfactory performance outcomes and agreement by the Authority, for a further period of 1 month, taking the contract term to a maximum of 3 months.",
