The Authority have completed RIBA Stage 0, 1 & 2 of this Project therefore tenderers are not to price for these elements. The project has been awarded funding from the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020 (ERDF) and all aspects of work undertaken by the Consultant must be fully compliant with ERDF guidelines.
