        "description": "The Works involve the appointment of a Contractor to work with the Contracting Authority to undertake a variety of Works within the Contracting Authorities' sites over an anticipated 4 year term with, at the Contracting Authorities sole election, the possibility of a years extension. The full term in any event will be no longer than 5 years. The individual Orders range from PS1,000 to PS75,000 in value (excluding VAT) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to issue Orders outside of these values from time to time. The approximite annual expenditure is estimated to be PS1,800,000 per annum.
