The Council want to ensure any Partnership relating to the Parking Enforcement builds in as much consideration of the needs of the market as possible. The Council views this as a crucial factor in delivering its aspirations in an informed manner and for ensuring success for all the parties involved. The dual purpose of this document is to seek engagement and dialogue with potential interested parties about the future contract.
