It is to provide a 365 days' a year, 24 hours a day front line service for and on behalf of Ealing Council. Or any future entities and subsidiaries Note: Out of hour's emergency work means ONLY repairs that are necessary to remove immediate danger, avoid flooding, major damage to property, or to make the property secure. The contract is for 5 years with an option to extend for 2 years",
