This further competition outlines the need as we respond to information requests and opportunities created through various policy initiatives that relate to NICD's aims and objectives. NICD's unique approach provides an established and demonstrably successful pathway for transforming data skills across the UK, by catalysing collaboration between experts in academia and industry, transferring and embedding the requisite data skills to nurture innovation, and by identifying avenues for commercial growth to increase productivity.
