This work package scope is for the feasibility study of sites IA 221 and IA 242 making up Work Package 3 of the National Air Quality Barrier programme. The Client intends to commission this work package in two phases. Phase 1 will cover the feasibility study for site IA 221 and phase 2 will cover feasibility study for site IA 242. Each phase will be awarded separately. Such phasing enables the Client to complete further air quality analysis to confirm the need for a barrier at site IA 242. Award of phase 2 will be conditional upon that analysis confirming that a barrier is required.",
