Produce a report on the potential for public service mutuals (PSMs) to form partnerships to bid for work. b. Promote and on a draw down basis provide, support for PSMs to consider and/or develop bidding partnerships with other organisations. These other organisations could include other public service mutuals, VCSEs, or other privater sector organisations. The contract value range will be between PS200,000 to PS315,000 to include the potential extension.",
