        "description": "Torbay Council working with the English Riviera Bid Company would like to stage a high-quality food festival leading into the existing Seafood Coast initiative to exemplify the wealth of quality food and beverage available in the locality. The event is scheduled to take place over the weekend of 30 September 2022 to 2 October 2022 and initially will take place at Torre Abbey in Torquay. The ambition will be to expand the event to other areas of Torbay in future years as the event grows. It is envisaged that the event will incorporate a large number of quality food and beverage trade stands (including a mix of freshly cooked food and food to be prepared/consumed at home) as well as cooking demonstrations by local and celebrity chefs and food related and nutrition information stands.
