The annual programme of Cyclical Painting across PA's portfolio is anticipated to have a total value of approximately PS500,000 per annum, inclusive of VAT and includes circa 881 sites. The works and services required by these contracts can include but are not restricted to: The complete redecoration of all previously painted external surfaces and internal common parts to blocks and houses as detailed in the Property List.
