The perception based TSMs must be collected through a tenant survey which is compliant with the TSM methodology and technical requirements. Runnymede Borough Council, Adur District Council and Tandridge District Council (the Councils) have entered into a partnership to deliver the required survey of TSM perception measures for each of their respective social housing portfolios.
