The form of contract is the JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2011. This is a 55 week contract with a start date of the 26 March 2018 and completion date of the 12 April 2019 and may be extended by a further 55 weeks to undertake the same work on an opposite handed identical neighbouring block at 92 - 144 Denton Court, commencing on 13 May 2019. There will be no partial completion for 92 - 144 Denton Court. The Start and Finish Dates are subject to change. The Council estimates the contract value for one block to be between PS1.4 million and PS1.55 million. The Council reserves the right to exclude from the evaluation bids above PS1.55 million.
