BTS manage the needs of the internal client (department) within the Council. The department will come to BTS with a scheme, full design and considerations and a specification is produced from the information provided. The confirmed specification is then checked by the Quantity Surveyors and the first ranked Provider will be asked to provide a fully comprehensive quotation based on the specification and timescales provided. If they are unable to provide a quotation then the work will be offered to the contingents. The most cost effective quotation who can work to the relevant timescales will be given the work.",
