Sixth form study + social External: 13. 3m fence + gates + barrier to proposed external PE space installed ASAP 14. 2.1m fence to rest of external space installed ASAP Remaining works will be completed following sectional completion of the works above. The contractor's methodology must include for working within occupied buildings and have due cognisance for the working environment in which the end user operates. The successful contractor will need to work around the school operators business needs considered for the project. It is necessary for the contractor to demonstrate and evidence success on delivering previous EFA Free School Projects. Additional information: 1. Proposed Building 4 Second Floor Plan 2. Existing Building 4 Second Floor Plan 3. Proposed Play Areas detailing Fence Line Site Plan 4. Site Plan The uploaded GA drawings display the works to be conducted under this expression of interest. These works will be required to be undertaken during both term time and holiday periods. Expression of interest are only required from companies who are able to work in occupied buildings and are flexible in their approach to work around current users and the incoming end users.",
