The tender is split into four lots and bidders can bid for one or a number of lots. The lots are spilt into the following postcode areas: - Lot 1 Postcode area 'M1' (Piccadilly, City Centre, Market Street); Lot 2 Postcode areas 'M2', 'M3' (Manchester only), 'M4' (Deansgate, City Centre, Castlefield, Ancoats, Northern Quarter, Strangeways) and 'M13' (addresses in close proximity to Oxford Road only); Lot 3 Postcode area M50 (Salford Quays, MediaCityUK); Lot 4 Greater Manchester Postcodes not covered above. GC Business Growth Hub has a requirement to hold meetings and workshops across the whole of Greater Manchester. Venues for these events are chosen based on both location and available facilities.
