The Customer is carrying out this further competition from the CCS Framework, RM RM3799 - Specialist Courier Services Framework Agreement. Lot 5: The Haulage, Storage and Disposal of Seized Goods. The Supplier will be capable of transporting seized or sampled items including, but not limited to: * Electronic items holding data. * Documents. * Small quantities of tobacco/alcohol. * Fresh, chilled or frozen foodstuffs or agricultural products. * Fuel samples and other chemicals. The Supplier must be able to maintain a chain of evidence (definition at Appendix C) as per Criminal Justice Act 2003 and Police & Criminal Evidence Act 1984.",
