Bidders must provide the following: * CV showing 5 years + experience of leading on the annual accounts and annual reports for NHS commissioning organisations * At least 2 References from past NHS employers * A briefing paper highlighting: o The proposed individual(s) to fulfil this requirement and why they are suitable to meet the needs of the CCG o The relevant experience that will be brought which would help with the year end accounts o An example of when they have delivered similar work under very tight time constraints, problems faced, and what the outcomes where, including any lessons learned. o Knowledge of any changes to accounting standards that might be relevant to our CCG in 21/22 A fixed price will be agreed for each stage of the project as follows: Sept - March 2022 - Planning and Preparation including Interim Audit April 2022 - Delivery of Accounts and Annual Report to agreed deadlines May 2022 - Lead liaison with External Audit, management and monitoring of audit queries June 2022 - Debrief and lessons learned and preparation for 22/23 Further details are attached.
