The authority has launched a Public Information Notice (PIN) to engage with providers and developers which could help deliver a range of community-based accommodation that will meet the needs of older people and adults with disabilities. The information is needed to gain an insight into how potential providers might approach the delivery of services and the most appropriate role for the Council.
