The essence of the appointment is to procure a 'One Stop Shop' design team, led by the Architect, however it is intended that all the sub consultants under the appointment have an equal role in taking responsibility for all aspects of design and delivery, including quality, cost and time. The anticipated construction costs for the project is circa PS550,000 including VAT.",
