The Council is seeking a resource to produce Outline Business Cases and Full Business Cases for the capital development of Two Integrated Health & Care Hubs. The following service is being sought at: Chiltern Vale Locality, Dunstable. Ivel Valley Locality, Biggleswade. CBC intend to make separate appointments for the Design Stage and the Construction Stage of the projects. It is proposed that CBC appoint the Business Case Development Manager and Healthcare Estate Planner Advisor as a Professional Consultant. CBC maintain the right to not proceed beyond Feasibility, or suspend or terminate the project at any stage, whereupon only the fee applicable will be paid to the consultant for completed work under that current stage. Should CBC decide to move at completion of any stage, to a Design and Build strategy, the professional consultants name will be provided to the Design and Build Contractor, but may not necessarily be selected in a novated consultant role. The OBC's to be developed concurrently. Following approval of the OBC's, the FBC's to be developed concurrently. CBC propose the following target durations for production of the business case stages to be: Outline Business Cases, 3 months. Full Business Cases, 6 months. The Council will provide as much support and information as it can in order to help guide you through the Tender process.
