Deploy above software Provide 12 months externally managed SOC with support Review after 12 Months * Switch services in Wellington House to the cloud where possible to benefit from efficiencies in bundling up solutions * Provide some training on the new solutions and new ways of working * Carry out some user acceptance testing o Load Testing o Security PEN Testing * Review cost profile for Azure Services regularly * Turn off all services at Rotherham and de-commission and same for those at Wellington House * Transition the new service into BAU operations * Finalise a requirement specification/matrix * Carry out a procurement exercise and award this work to a partner(s)",
