The ESF and YEI Leavers' survey will also provide data to inform the effectiveness, efficiency and impact evaluation for ESF and YEI. Data from the ESF and YEI Leavers' survey will be used by the Managing Authority to assist them in the continuous development of ESF and YEI provision. The data will also be formally reported to the European Commission through Annual Implementation Reports and separate ESF and YEI evaluation reports.",
