Gradients not to be any steeper than 1:40. * To supply & install timber edging or equivalent approved. * To supply & install subgrade & subbase to proposed levels & Paving. * To supply & install Removable Bollard (Swansea Steel Bollard) Supplied by Broxap or equivalent approved * To supply & install 6no Standpipes, ED2034 supplied by Edwards Standpipes or equivalent approved. * To supply & install all drainage pipes & connections and tests required to make standpipes operational fit for purpose in accordance to the manufacture's recommendations. * To cultivate & seed Emorsgate Seed Ltd EG22 Grass Mixture or equivalent approved. * To cultivate & seed Emorsgate Seed Ltd EL1 Grass Mixture or equivalent approved * To supply fertiliser as required for establishment. * To supply and plant trees in accordance with the specification. Please see attached Planting Schedule and drawing 109.2020.T.02. * To import topsoil for all 100mm depth and tree pits as required. Multipurpose grade or better. * To supply and Install Timber Knee Rail 600mm high above ground. * Hard works & softworks maintenance to include defects liability & replacements, in accordance with the specification and drawings for 12 months. To include leaf removal from drains & inspection/ as required. Fertiliser, Watering, Grass cutting, Weed treatment and any other operations required to ensure the allotment area is maintained at a high standard. * To remove any excess excavated materials from site and dispose of in accordance to statutory guidelines.",
