The top 3 ranked suppliers will be awarded a position on the Framework. Under this framework the Council will 'call off' under two options; Direct Award and Mini Competition. The Direct Award Standard 'call off' Contract will be awarded to the supplier ranked first through the tender evaluation for the first two years of the contract. The Direct Award position will be reopened at a predetermined time prior to the two year point in the contract and all suppliers listed on the Framework will be asked to submit a new pricing submission. Where the Council has a specific requirement in ordering products for Bulk Orders and Pre Ordered Plot Packs for core products, or for any non-core items, it will run a Mini Competition for all 3 Suppliers on the Framework. The successful suppliers will be expected to source and supply all electrical wholesale components, fixtures and fittings required to fulfil the deliverable requirements unless specifically agreed between BCP Council and the supplier. The Council has identified a list of required products that they expect the Supplier(s) to keep in stock at all times for counter collections at multiple locations within the Council boundaries across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
