North Yorkshire County Council is undertaking a preliminary market engagement exercise prior to tendering for the provision of a Historic Environment Record System. The Council is requesting information from suppliers of a Historic Environment Record System to understand what is available in the market, including outcomes, to assist with drafting a future tender specification. The current contract for annual support and maintenance is due to expire on the 31st March 2022. Additional information: To access the Request for Information documentation, you must register your organisation details on the YORtender (ProContract) system at https://procontract.due-north.com/Login/ by creating a username, password and company profile.
