A final report, incorporating the final evaluation and methodology, and recommending practical steps that Ofwat could take to increase effectiveness of its Bulk Charges Guidance. (Draft by January 2020; final by February 2020) 4. Any other areas the Supplier may identify that is not listed above, the scope and price of which to be agreed in advance with Ofwat.
