The Family's needs will be varied and require support at Tier 2 of the Staffordshire Safeguarding Childrens Board Threshold (available on the safeguarding boards website). The support provided is intended to identify and build upon the Families' strengths to improve the life of the Family, grow their independence and resilience, and avoid reliance on services. The Service will considerthe needs and strengths of the whole Family and be delivered through a Lead Worker model.
