        "description": "The project was endorsed by a steering group to oversee a wider project with the aim of creating a standard lone working process for all areas of the organisation and assess whether additional measures were required to improve the safety of employees that operate in a lone working environment. As part of this project, a number of requirements and recommendations were realised which included the need for personal safety devices to provide an additional layer of protection to those workers. Key staff include social workers within Adults and Children's services, AONB, transport services, Facilities Management as well as other public-facing roles. Since the onset of Covid-19 there is now added urgency to these needs due to the number of staff having to spend time more working alone.
